The island of Ven is a pleasant place to relax. The
island is relatively flat inside, the slopes to the sea
are the only challenges. The landscape is very similar to
the landscape in the South of Scania. There are a few places to
take bath but the water is always relatively cool due to the
streams moving waters between Baltic and the North Sea. |

Majority of buildings on the island are not older than 100 years
and only a couple are older than 500 years, the Sankt Ibb
church and a barn in Kungsgården. |
